MEET JADA
I’m a disciple of Jesus Christ, wife, author, coach, consultant, mentor, and social work professional passionate about helping women navigate healing, identity, emotional wellness, and intentional transformation through both faith-based and psychologically informed approaches. With a background in social work, behavioral awareness, mentorship, leadership, and women’s development, I’m passionate about sharing the knowledge, experiences, and guidance God has allowed me to gain to help women grow in healing, faith, identity, and personal transformation.

Her Safe Haven is a faith-centered women’s community rooted in healing, sisterhood, vulnerability, emotional wellness, and intentional growth. Created from simple Bible studies during college, Her Safe Haven has grown into a space where women can grow spiritually and emotionally without feeling pressure to perform perfection.
Through Bible studies, prayer calls, community events, honest conversations, and intentional connection, women are reminded that healing and growth were never meant to happen in isolation.
I AM SACRED
I Am Sacred, LLC is a faith-centered coaching and consulting platform focused on helping women heal emotionally, rebuild identity, strengthen emotional wellness, and break unhealthy cycles through the S.A.C.R.E.D Method — a framework that intersects Christ-centered healing with psychologically informed transformation strategies.
Through 1:1 coaching, mentorship programs, consulting services, and the Sacred Society membership community, women are supported in healing beyond survival mode and becoming healthier emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and relationally.
IT IS THAT DEEP
It Is That Deep is a space for honest, reflective, and emotionally aware conversations surrounding womanhood, Christianity, emotional wellness, healing, relationships, identity, and personal growth. The foundation of this platform is rooted in the belief that many of the things society dismisses as “not that deep” truly are, especially when it comes to healing, faith, purpose, obedience, and the decision to fully surrender your life to Christ.
Built around the message that we are living a sacrificial life because of a sacrificial love, these conversations are designed to challenge, encourage, and support Christians as they navigate the realities of carrying their cross, growing in faith, healing intentionally, and becoming more like Jesus in every area of life.
